How to make an uploaded pdf into a fillable form

I submitted a request earlier to see if I could upload a pdf that I have and make it a fillable form.  I received instructions to upload it and now it is called a fillable form, but I can't enter anything on it.  Could you please help me with this?  Thanks!

Hi,

I checked your account and I was able to see one PDF form listed in your My Forms page. To download a fillable PDF of the form, just select the form and click Download PDF.

Then click the Download button under the Auto Collect option so when the user submits your fillable PDF form it will be recorded in your JotForm account.

Please note that the PDF Form you uploaded should be a form central form so it can be converted to JotForm fillable form.
