how can I preview my Thank you response?  There is an option to preview the form, but it doesn't show me the submission thank you response.  I noticed that the formatting does not show up in the edit screen, so how do I know what it looks like to the submitter?

In most cases, the thank you message will look exactly as it appears in the thank message preview. One exception that comes to mind is when variable tags (like {fullName1:first} for instance) are used in the message to display answers entered by the user.

In such circumstaces, the only way to know for certain how the message would look to the user is to submit the form yourself. I realize that having a free account does not afford you the luxury of running many test submissions, especially as we're still near the beginning of the month. So, if you want to run a few tests, do so and let us know when you're done. We'll roll back your submission count by the number of tests performed. Enter the name "John Doe" into the "Senior Applicant Full Name" or "Full Name" field (depending on which form you're using) of each test submission and we'll know that those are the test submissions.

Thank you, I feel better about seeing the screen and yes, I did need to
make some changes. I think i am finished. I have only worked on the
senior model application. There are a few John Does (and one Kimberly
Butler, me) which I did as a test before we spoke.
    Thanks for your help!

On behalf of my colleague, I have now cleared the 7 test submissions of yours. You should now see a decreased on your submissions counter from 17 to 10.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you for using JotForm!
