As requested by Jotforms support, I am creating multiple threads. This is about multi-page forms.
To the suggestions below I would also like to add that you need to let the end user know how far along in a multi-page form they are. A progress bar, "Page X of Y," or "X % complete" notification is essential.
On the subject of numbering pages, it would be nice if Jotforms told us what page it meants when it said "page 8." I had to go scroll through the form and manually count page breaks to figure out my conditions. Not very professional or easy to use.
You can create a separate feature request thread, and then we will be able to forward your request to our administrators.

So basically, in addition to the Back and Next buttons on the page breaks, you would like pagination information. For example, the page break on page 3 of a ten paged form would have a Back button followed by the text Page 3 of 10 and finally a Next button. Page 1 would just have the text Page 1 of 10 followed by a Next button and page 10 would have just a Back button followed by the text Page 10 of 10. (I imagine a "percent complete" solution might be more tricky to implement as some pages would have more fields than others.)
On the other point, if the page break bars contain the pagination info, you won't have to manually count the page breaks.
Before I submit this feature request to our developers, does the above pretty much some up what you want?

Yes, that sounds like a good solution. Thanks!

I have forwarded this feature request for consideration by our developers.
Thanks again for sharing for what appears to be a useful idea.
