I'm using the xxl theme. Can I tell it to use calibri font throughout?

You can use this custom css code to change your form font style to calibri:
font-family: Calibri, Candara, Segoe, "Segoe UI", Optima, Arial, sans-serif !important;
font-family: Calibri, Candara, Segoe, "Segoe UI", Optima, Arial, sans-serif;
If there's anything else you need to ask, please let us know. Thank you so much!

I went to Preferences in my form and pasted the above css code to the relevant box but Calibri still isn't an option on the font menu under Form Style. It definitely saved.
Am I putting it in the wrong place, or not doing something else to get it to apply to my XXL themed form?

As far as I can see, you have done it correctly. Now your form is using Calibri font.
Please note that Custom CSS Code will not add anything to the Font Family drop down. If you would like to apply Calibri fornt to some other form, you will have to inject the code to that form too.
