I received an e-mail notification with a new submission today, However I can not see it in the database.

I have checked your account and you have not created any form, you could be using a sub-user account, and you should ask your main account to provide us permission to view submissions.
Please, share us the link to your form, we will await your response.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to see your attached.However, I have checked your account and I can see you have a form there, and I'm able to see the submissions.
Please, could you share us the info about the received email ?, so we will investigate if the submissions is there.
