I have used jotform for many years and within the last few weeks I am not receiving any form submission notifications. I have changed nothing on the forms or my email account. I created a new email account and added that to a form to test and still nothing. Where are my submission emails going? Can you tell if they have bounced. I have whitelisted the noreply addresss and the ip address. I need this to work. the problem exists will ALL of my forms. I submitted this question yesterday and had no reply.
