Is it possible to turn off autocorrect on fields of the form?

We are presently using a form to allow our users to upload videos to our dropbox site. They include the name of the person in the video. We then compile the videos into a a segment we air each week. We have had issues with autocorrect "fixing" the spelling of a persons name. When we air the video it will have the incorrect "autocorrected" spelling. 

We would like to disable auto correct on the "First and Last Name" fields of our form if possible

Any help or insight you can provide would be appreciated.

As far as I know, there is not an Autocorrect feature, it could be a feature configured in your Browser, could you tell us which Browser are you using please ?
