Why is my card charged after canceling my subscription?

I canceled my subscription about 2 weeks ago.  My card got charged today.  Can refund these charges and cancel my subscription please?

Sorry for this inconvenience and to see that you have cancelled your account. Since this you are using PayPal, you first require to cancel your subscription from Paypal. 

This will prevent from getting billed again. Once you have cancelled your paypal, please let us know so we may proceed in your refund of your last payment.

Already done and by the way your product and support was outstanding. It is
just I don't need the service anymore
