I've tried changing the email recipient and checked spam filters. everything.

Hello, siteproplus. May we know the email address that you're expecting your e-mail alerts to arrive?
I have checked your Notification settings and saw that you have one that's sending to mindbay@****, and one going to dianclark@****.
I also have checked the email logs and the email alerts are sending to these email addresses properly.
You might want to check your spam folder, if in case your notifications are landing there.
