    please advise is it possible convert the form to PDF form?

    It appears that long forms won't be fully converted to PDF,  some forms might work and some not.

    Our developers are very aware of this, but there is not a time frame for when this will be fixed. Or if they would decide to restrict converting webforms to fillable PDF to some extent and certain type of fields.

    Also when I inspected your form I saw that you have some fields (widgets) that can not be converted to Fillable PDF form.

    You might need to resolve for 3rd party software applications that convert PDF to JPEG, please note that this forum can only provide support for JotForm related products and services.
