How do your encryption forms work?

    Thank you for contacting us. Keys are only required to view submissions. They are not require to submit forms. You can create a key using Jotform or use a public that you already have. You only need one key and can be shared with many users. It is saved in the browser. If you are not asked for a key and not able to view the submission, you may want to clear the cookies and cache of the browser. Once cleared, you should be asked for the key to view the submissions.
