Email Notification of Form Submission Has Odd Subject Line

Why does the subject of the new submission notification emails refer to Agricultural Training Program 2012? Please see screen shot attached. 

I believe that this is the form with this issue: http://www.jotform.ca/form/53505970982262

Looking at the same, I did notice that the subject is set as:

"New submission: Agricultural Training Programme 2012"

This is why you are receiving the same.

If you have used some template, you would have gotten the same title in your email, the same applies if you clone a form.

Now to resolve this, you can simply check out this guide: How to place form title in the Subject Line of form notification?

It will show you how to go to your email and change its subject to show the current title of your form, but if you prefer, you can use the same steps to change it into anything else that you prefer instead.
