I HAVE NOTICED THAT OUR EMAIL NOTIFICATION ALERTS AND AUTO RESPONDER HAS STOPPED WORKING ON MOST FORMS.
We were receiving a lot of web page hits but no forms coming in on email alert.
I logged onto jotform and the forms were there but had not been sent by email. I then tried some sumbissions myself to test and I did not recieve the auto responder alert I have set up, the form completed to jotform but we received no email notification alert.
We have many forms and recieve sumbissions every day, this is only a issue of the last 2 or 3 days.

It only appears to be happening on the form format using https, if I tak out the security and use http the form email notification and auto responerd emails work.
I need to be able to use https forms. please fix this issue

These email alerts are almost definately getting filtered out as spam by the remote email host.
I have checked our logs and see the mails are being accepted for delivery by their respective email hosts.
To give your emails the maximum possible chance of reaching their intended recipients, I suggest changing the Sender Email for both the notification and autoresponder email to firstname.lastname@example.org

It makes no difference. It wont work on the secure forms submission https: it will work on http: submission on the same form. the test email works no matter what email i use but they dont get delivered if I select https: secure forms.
please investigate. I have been wiht jotform 2 years this is an issue of last 3 days. I have tried email from different domains makes no difference on the secure form version https: forms.

Have you tested using a Gmail address? Also, did you follow my colleague's suggestion re: changing Sender Name and E-mail to "JotForm" and "email@example.com"?

please test my form http:www.jotform.com/form/1452224543 and you will get an auto response fine.
then change from http to https: and you will no longer get a auto response.
I have tried it with the firstname.lastname@example.org it made no difference at all. works on http but not on https forms. This is happening on all secure forms.

I tested your form both on http and https but I did not have any problems receiving the autoresponders.
Have you contacted your hosting provider's support department for assistance on this matter? We need to know the reason why your provider seems to reject or filter out the messages.

You have stated that you have added our IPs to your whitelist, I am interested in 188.8.131.52 IP. Is this your mail client / webmail whitelist or your mail server whitelist? This information may help our Technicians.

I have investigated your issue, but according to our email logs, I can say that your emails and autoresponses sent and they are taken remote email servers.
Also I can confirm that I have taken the auto-response email to my own email address.
Please contact with your email provider about the problem, they can fix it by investigating logs below.

why does it only happen on the secure form version, we at our end recieve if it is sent on form as http but not if using form as https. ??
