How to get the selected data in the same priority list?

Hello,

i look for a widget for class the level of a list  :

for exemple : when the person arrive in the form she find : 

Strong :

RIght :   

Peace :  

….

She can class the list : the more important for himself to the less important

Right : (in first)

Peace  (in second)

Strong (in third place).

Next, i received the resultant 

RIght 1, Peace 2, Strong 3.
