    Hi JotForm Team!

I am working on a project on which I need to be able to reset passwords. The link to the website is the following: http://trrsystem.weebly.com/.

Unfortunately I am unable to use either of those two forms, I am thinking that this is happening due to the fact that I am asking for usernames, passwords, so on and so on. However, I've noticed that there are in fact a couple of forms that do ask for that information and they are working just fine.

I appreciate your support and interest. Attached you will find the links for both forms.

    -Edit.

Now all of my forms are not usable. Please help. :(

I have checked your account and your account is autosuspended by the phishing filter because of the suspected phishing form you have:

    https://form.jotform.com/53574622848162

    https://form.jotform.com/53574942568166

Inside of this forms you are asking for user login credentials (username) and that is against JotForm Terms of Use.

Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.

You need to delete those fields from your forms or to delete your forms and only then your account can be activated.

I also saw that your account was suspended because of same reason three day ago, so please do not add fields that are asking for user login credentials.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I notice you are using Weebly - the Pro and Business versions of Weebly have a "Membership" option that will allow you to handle passwords etc directly through Weebly...
