Form cannot be found - message

I am getting an error message for this form...

I can still edit it but cannot preview it.

I have checked your account timenglish and there are no forms on your account. From link you provided is seems that you are trying to create a custom URL of a form. Please note that you can create custom URL of a form only on forms that are created on your account. 

I have checked and it seems that you have two more free accounts hopeonthehill and hillchurch. So you want to create a custom URL of a form, that is created on mentioned accounts, you will need to do it there. Also you need to use Jotform username of account on which form is created.
