Forms changing when saved

When we download forms all subsequent forms saved revert to the original form.  That is if I download a form as a PDF, it shows correctly as the selected form, however once saved it saves as the first form in the series of what is being saved.  A similar thing is happening with reports.  The correct form is being selected but when we try to generate a report the report reverts to the information on the first form we have tried to work with.

We have attempted this on different machines and using different browsers and this has not made a difference.

Based on what you have mentioned it seems that there are multiple people logged into your account and changing the forms in the same time.

Can you please confirm this to us, or is only one person logged into the account and having that specific form opened?
