I'm creating a form with multiple pages. I've created four 'form' pages, and one 'login' page.
Following the steps above, I can get everything to work for the first two pages (login and page 1), but when trying to create the email for subsequent pages, the option to insert 'E-mail' for recipient email isn't available – only fields on that particular form.
How can I create a form with more than two pages? (A single page form that I tested didn't save the input data).

Having looked at the forms in question, it seems to me that a less cumbersome solution would be to combine them into a single multipaged form.
Here's how to create such a form:
1. Load the Part 1 form into the form builder, click the page break, click the fields you want to appear on page 2 and when finished, insert another page break. (These fields up to and including the new page break will be Page 2.)
2. With the new page break still selected, click the fields you want shown on page 3 and when done, insert another page break. (These fields together with the new page break his would be Page 3.)
3. With the new page break still selected, click the fields to be included on page 4, including the submit button. You should also include a note on this page informing users that if they don't wish to complete the form at that time, they will need to click the "Back" button to save that page's entries. (Clicking either "Back" or "Next" saves a page's entries. By the way, that's why single paged forms can't be saved.) Alternatively, another page break can be included just before the submit button.
With just two forms instead of four, the user just needs one link to return to the main (multi-paged) form.
Tip: It's better to store the submission ID than the email address in the session variable because if a user knows the email address of another user (ex: email@example.com) all he would need to do is append
?firstname.lastname@example.org to the form's URL to see that other user's entries! Conversely, no two submission IDs are alike. Alternatively, a customized unique ID can be used but for the purpose of saving form entries it's not quite as secure as the default unique ID.

The form was originally a multipaged form, so I'll give it a try. Am I right in thinking, then, that even though the form will then only be two separate files behind-the-scenes (a 'login' and a four-page form), the end-user can save their progress on each page / 'save' point?

Yes, that's correct. So long as they click either the "Back" or "Next" button after entering information on a page, that information will be saved. (In some instances, after clicking the "Back" or "Next" button, they may catch glimpse of a little spinning disk indicating the saving process taking place.)

Okay, I've concatenated the forms into a single main form (of about six pages), so I now have a 'login' form and a main form.
I've tested it briefly and it all seems to work fine!
Just a few tweaks and it should be ready. Many thanks ... SO much simpler and more feature rich than any system I've used before ... well done guys.
