If a user accesses a form on my website, fills in the form, and submits it, what do the results look like when I view it, and can I download it into a local file? If so, what format is the download - HTML, PDF, DOC, or other?
Not yet a user, but I am intrigued, and I like your site!

You can have it through email in two column format. You will have to create a notification email in order to receive it through email: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
You can download the submission as PDF, CSV and Excel file.
You can create a report like HTML Listing and Grid Listing:
You can also integrate your forms to file sharing services like Google Drive, Dropbox and Box:
