    The auto responder is not sending confirmation emails

    I am having difficulty with email notifications in my order form.The auto responder is not sending confirmation emails that I have created. I am receiving the payment, but my customers are not receiving the confirmation email.
    I need an option to send auto-email for each product that I have sold. So that after a customer has bought a videotutorial, he will receive an e-mail with the download link and password to enter. Every videotutorial has a link and password that is different, and after each purchase of one of these tutorials, an email is automatically sent with the pertinent information to download and access this tutorial.
    I have searched for solutions in forums but with no success. Can you explain to me, step by step, the correct way to configure this order form? I am using PayPal Pro as form of payment for my customers.

    I checked the Ableton Live form. The auto-responder has been setup corrected as described here.

    My question is this, did those payments really go through? If you see them on the "Pending Submissions" button on the Submissions page that mean those payments were not completed so the emails were never sent.
