problem: form not found, this form is disabled

Hello,

i just work about some new form and i will do my some web page different forms for each all different products for different payment page.

And i just see your new system things: mobile resposive, youtube, terms and .... and i like so much so i just try to do 1 form to looking somethings HOW MUST I DO MY NEW FORM FOR MY WEB PAGE, AND ALSO i am interesting to do webpage form, so i am just think, try to do somethings...BUT i get problems and message is: form not found, this form is disabled

Can u resolve my problems please.

I've fixed this for you. You have been auto suspended due to the content of your forms which is tagged by our system as the phishing one. We have a system filter that will check new forms and can auto suspend accounts if it finds the form as a phishing form. Your forms are good so I have reactivated your account. Your forms should be up now.
