I have the following registration form which has a redirect. I had 3 different people with an apostrophe in their name. When they used the apostrophe, the form did not redirect. How can I correct this?

I have submitted this bug to our developers. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
For now, you may consider adding the link through Custom Thank You message and then add it also in the autoresponder email so to make sure they have a copy of the link just in case they will accidentally close the browser.
For the thank you message, you will have to use our default page and edit it to include the link;
For the autoresponder, here's how to create one. You can simply add the link in the email body.
