Is It Possible to Have a Selection in a Radio Button Field Open a Sub-Field?

Thanks for asking. We currently have a Dynamic Dropdowns which, as its name suggests, involves dropdowns instead of radio buttons. However, the two field types are quite similar in that they only allow one selection to be made at a time. (Please see our widget guide.)

If you must have radio button fields for this, conditions can be created to show the "sub-fields" as various radio buttons are selected, as demonstrated here. If you clone the demo you'll see it has the following conditions:
