Why My Account is Disabled?

    Hi there,

    I assume that you had a problem while you were entering your question. You can easily answer this thread with your detailed question, then we can help you better.

    By the way, I found that some of your forms are asking credit card information from users and your account has suspended because of that reason. In order to reactivate your account, I deleted those 2 forms. Now, your account's status is active.

    In addition, if you want to add payment feature to your form, you need to use our ready to use payment tools. Please, see it from the below:
