Progress Bar Widget: Date field is not ignored when listed in Form Fields to be IgnoredAsked by eduapolinario on December 28, 2015 at 12:23 AM
Hello, my form (https://form.jotformz.com/eduapolinario/socialsmartads) is displaying a initial percentage of fields already filled, but even if I put on the widget "Progress Bar" to ignore fields pre-filled it is not working.
I'm filling the widget fiels "Form Fields to be Ignored" just as the way asked, but is not working. the fields that I want to ignore on progress counting are:
Sugestão de data para início da campanha
Investimento para patrocínio
Could someone help me please?
I created a clone of your form and checked the Progress Bar settings and it looks like the Form Fields to be Ignored are not in the proper order.
The fields listed should be according to the order that they appear in within the form, so since Sugestão de data para início da campanha appears first in the form, it should be listed first. However, when I listed it in the proper order, the progress bar still doesn't ignore the date field.
I then tried to create a new form with progress bar widget and a pre-filled date, and was met with the same issue as yours.
I will have to inform this bug to our developers so it can be fixed. I won't be able to tell you a specific date when this bug will be fixed, but I will inform you on this thread once we receive news on the issue.
Do inform us if you need further assistance,
It's been fixed -
The progress bar will ignore fields that have been listed under that setting.
Please pardon the inconvenience.
