personalizing the form link address

I am creating new forms and I would be interested in creating a personalized branding link to the questionaire versus the jotform all pupose link.

Do you want to use a custom URL with your JotForms? You may create custom URLs for your JotForms, it can be done by having the name of your form and your JotForm account username.  Please refer to the guide below that can help you in creating custom URLs for your forms.

If you mean to use your JotForm using your own domain instead of JotForm domain, you may refer to the following guide:
