Avoid users from editing submissions after submitting form

I have a form called LPA/5S audit where users are misusing the the form. They create entries on later date and back date it. I want to avoid this. How should I do it?

Do you mean the sub-users are editing the submissions from the LPA/5S Audit Form? Unfortunately, any sub-user capable of viewing the submission will be able to edit it as well. A possible workaround is to create reports and share those reports with people instead of creating sub-user accounts.

If you used the DateTime widget (under Quick Tools), you can disable Past dates to avoid creating enfries with back-dates.
