We're getting an error when a customer tries to use our jotform

    How long will this be down. Our entire website trainings are accessed by completing our jotforms...Plz Help!

    Upon checking, I am able to view your form here. Are you still experiencing this problem on your end?



    That might be a temporary server problem. Issues like that will usually resolve by itself. However, if you are still experiencing problems with your form, please contact us again.

    No, it only was down for about 30 minutes. But, It was a crucial 30 minutes
    because our training deadline expires in 30 minutes, so our employees were
    trying to login to get their training.
    This is the second time this has happened. THe first time was Tues 12/22 at
    7:30pm to 8:30 pm. I didn't email you at that time, but I was receiving
    email from my employees.
    We have a lot of forms and a lot of submissions with Jotform and I'd like
    to know your company is dependable.

    Again, sorry for the inconvenience. As you have already noticed, there has been an ongoing DDoS attacks around the world and our servers are affecting this situation as well. We are always trying to maintain our system's health; but sometimes, this kind of issues could be occur.
