Why do you need permission to delete or add submissions?

I would like to use the Field Manager app.  However, I notice it requires for me to give permissions for submissions to be deleted and added to my form.  Why would I want to give someone permission to do that?  Is there any risk of me losing submissions?

You can try the Field Manager app on your test forms. The app allows you to copy or manage your fields where in turn can copy some data on them. You can also delete the fields in the form which will also remove or delete a submission data on your submissions list. Example, when you remove or delete the "Full Name" field in your form either using the form builder or the Field Manager App, it will remove or delete that specific submission data in your submission list because the field does not exist anymore.

These are common authentication on our apps that edits or make changes on your form and submission data. The Field Manager app is created by one of our developers (NicholasWestley) and the app is hosted via JotForm, so no need to worry.
