Someone shared a form with me, but it's not linking to my existing account, it wants me to create a new one. Help?

Someone shared a form with my email address - the address tied to my JotForm account. That shared form is not linking to my account. Can you please help me link the share with my existing account? Thanks!

Have the person who shared the form with you remove your access and then share it again.  That should allow the form to show up in your account once again.
