I have a form that includes a lot of large files with submissions. I would like to delete the submissions to free up space in my account. However, I would like to confirm that the files that were uploaded directly to my integrated Dropbox folder will not also be deleted. Please confirm that it is only files that you keep a copy of on the Jotform server, which are separate copies/files from my Dropbox folder. Thanks so much!

If you delete the submissions on your Jotform account, only the files on Jotform server will be deleted. The files that were sent to your Dropbox account will not be affected by this. As we don't keep a copy of submissions, please make sure to have a backup of submissions before deleting them.
