Sub user access

Hello,

My web manager has the jot form account set up in his name and has added me as a sub user however, all I can do is edit forms that he has created to my knowledge. I need to be able to create new forms as well is this possible?

Hi,

You should be able to create forms from within your own account and in the shared folder.  I checked your account to make sure it was possible from your settings and the option to create new forms was available.  Are you unable to create forms in your own account?
