Upgrade will not process with active subscription

    Hi,

     

    I'm trying to upgrade my plan at the deal for $129 for two years. It keeps stalling on the screen that it's in process of switching accounts but it never does. Please advise!

    Hi,

    Since you already have an active subscription, that subscription would need to be cancelled first.  The sale prices were intended for accounts without current subscription, but can be applied to subscribed accounts once the previous subscription is cancelled.  If you would like for us to cancel your current subscription, let us know and we can take care of it for you.
