I created a form, put it on my website and did a test submission. But I cannot find my form to edit it. You show the test submission but not my form??

I checked your account and the form appears to be readily available.  The form is entitled "Click to edit this text" since the title has yet to be changed:

You should be able to select and edit the form from the "My Forms" section of your account:
