Form doesn't show up in Zenfolio - how can I change this?

I created a Custom Form on my Zenfolio site and then pasted the code for my JotForm form, but when I preview the page in Zenfolio, I get the square area displayed where the form is, but none of the text or buttons show.  Any advice, please?

Hi John,

Can you also share to us the URL of your Zenfolio website where we can check the form used? It will help in determining the possible cause of issue as well.

For initial troubleshooting, you can also try first the re-embed procedure.

That is remove the embedded form on the website and then re-embed using this time the Iframe embed code of the form.
