I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to add a hyperlink URL for all the products of your payment question?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding anchor html tag in the product name. Please check the screenshot below how to add hyperlink code:

If you click on "More Information" a description comes up. I want to do that for every item shown in "PayPal Purchase Form"  (See attachment)  Is that possible??   Thanks

I see what you meant upon checking the website

The closest similar thing that can work on the form is using the Hover Text tool of the fields.

However, you will have to use individual fields for each item/s since the hint hover text must be relevant for each of the item/product.

As is now, if you will only use the Payment tool for the item/s there will be only 1 hint hover text (similar to how it is currenly on your form  http://www.jotform.com/53087300317246)

If you add the items separately outside the Payment tool, you can assign a hint hove text for each instead. Then, you can just add the payment tool using Custom Payment Amount. Similar to the method used on this user guide:
