    Hi guys,

I have form on my page, where I am selling one type of product for about 50 different types of phones. I have a drop down menu, where you can choose your phone, next you have to fill number of pieces, name, adress etc..

And my question. Is it possible to do some feature for counting pieces in stock? This feature is usual on eshop systems. When start, you set stock pieces as 5 for example, and after 5 orders this type of product, in drop down menu should be something like "not available" or something like this.

Thank you for you reply, if you don`t understand, I try to describe better on example.

    Sincerely Ales Botek

Please check also the Inventory Widget.

Here is a demo form that have the widget in action http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51413853223953?

This widget will allow you to have an inventory management for items/products in your form. You can set the initial inventory and then it will diminish according to the quantity being sold/consumed.

Hope this help. Let us know how we can be of further assistance.

I apologize, but I just realized that using the Inventory Widget may not easily work for your form since it requires multiple items.

Another widget I suggest then is the Quantity Gift Registry widget instead.

Please let us know how it goes.
