Zoho CRM Integration: How to make Company Name field unrequired?

Also, could not please not require the company field?  

To my understanding, the Company Name field is always required if you choose Lead for your list.

What you can do is select the blank option for the Company Name.

Then, when your form is submitted, it will look like this in Zoho CRM

Notice that the Company column will just say Verified. Since you don't need that field, you can remove that by:
