Integration to include verbiage and the signature?

Is there a way for the members to print out exactly what they signed up for along with all the verbiage and the signature box?

Basically, when JotForm integration sends an email to the member, can the integration send the entire filled out form to them?

    Hi,

If I understand correctly, you want to send an email of the entire form to the user which includes the headers and texts.

First, you can set up a form autoresponder to send an email to the user who submitted the form. Here's an article that will help you create a form autoresponder: Creating a Form Autoresponder

Add a pdf link to the e-mail by clicking on the PDf Link from the Form Fields as seen below.

Then go to your form's submissions page. Click the gear icon then enable the "Show headers and text" option.

Once this is set, the autoresponder will send the email including the verbiage and the signature.

    Thank you.  This works.

But the entire document is sent to the member's email as a PDF attachment, not in the main email.  The main email only has what they filled out.  Is there a way to get the entire document in the main email and not as a PDF attachment?

    Hi,

The entire document from your form cannot be added automatically in the main email. If you want the verbiage to appear in the email, you will have to add it manually in the compose e-mail section.

    Follow the steps below on how to do this;

    1. Click on the Emails button.

    2. Select the Pencil icon on the autoresponder to open the compose email window.

    3. In the compose email window, add a new column depending on where you want the text to appear.

    4. Merge the new column together.

    5. Copy and paste the text that you want to show in the email.

    6. Once you are done, click Finish.

You can check out this GIF on how to edit the email notification

The text you have added should now appear in the emails.
