JotForm has stopped sending me emails when a someone fills out the form.

    I logged onto my account to see what the problem was and I get a message that "Jotform has blocked this email address" (my email address where I get confirmations of a form submission).
    Says to "Contact Us'.
    I click on Contact Us and get this forum.

    My form was working just fine a few months ago. Anyone know why my email address would suddenly be blocked?

    Email addresses get blocked whenever our email notifications get rejected for delivery by a remote email host. Your email service provider may well have been experienced some downtime at some point. 

    I have now removed the email address from our bounce list. You should now be able receive email notifications as normal.
