Please help me cancel subscription.

    Please help me downgrade to free subscription.

    I received the following email.  I tried to downgrade online but it is not successful.  Please help me process my request.  Thanks.

    Unfortunately, we were not able to process your payment for the following reason:
    Recurring charge: Recurring charge: Bi-Yearly Subscription Sale
    Amount: 69.50 (inclusive of all applicable taxes, VAT, etc.)
