    Service Unavailable error message when submitting the form

    Hi is Jotform experiencing problem? 

    I am unable to submit forms.

    When I click Submit it just stalls and then I get a message saying: 

     

    Service Unavailable

    The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

    However it would appear that the submissions are still coming through on my jotform back end.

    It seems that there is an issue with the forms. I'm able to replicate the issue at my end. I'm not sure if this is an issue related to moving our datacenter to a new one. I've forwarded the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update on this issue, you'll be posted here.
