    Cannot download PDF submission list

    CAN'T DOWNLOAD PDF'S TODAY ON ANY OF MY SUBMISSIONS. HAVE YOU ANY IDEA WHEN THIS PROBLEM WILL BE FIXED ?

    Same happens to me.

    I cannot download form submissions in PDF format. It does work with EXCEL an CSV but not with PDF

    I am experiencing a similar problem when I click the PDF download link supplied in the email/notifications wizzard.  When I click on the link, the download takes so long, it times out.

    Yes, still cannot download PDF, the problem has not cleared all day

    The PDF download has just started working again but it does not show e-signatures now

    Thank you for the confirmation. To confirm, you are now able to download PDF submissions but it misses the signature image, is that correct?     Hi Charlie,
    The issue with PDF download seems to have been resolved, thanks, however,
    images that we upload to our form seem to appear as a joint file name in
    the email/notifier and so cannot be subsequently opened.
