PDF download link times out - EU user

    I am experiencing a similar problem when I click the PDF download link supplied in the email/notifications wizzard.  When I click on the link, the download takes so long, it times out.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you let us know if you are still experiencing this problem? It might be a hiccup on the server. We have informed our backend team about this to have it checked.

    Yes, this problem persists.
    The PDF download is timing out.

    Hi there. I am also experiencing this problem currently. I cannot download pdf files of my submissions, or use the "download all uploads" button. The server times out before the file has completely downloaded. Any help appreciated.
