I noticed a Pending Submission when I logged onto my Paypal account. I didn't see it at my bank yet, and couldn't figure out why it was 'pending'. I clicking on 'completed', but since then, payment has not sent to my bank. It appears this is somewhere in 'limbo'. How do I find and complete this transaction with my bank?

We are sorry for this inconvenience this might have caused.
To solve this, You can enable it by right clicking the product field, select Show Properties and set Notifiers and Autoresponders on Pending Payment E-mail.
Can you also check it from your Paypal account?
