Can't Save Submission in PDF File Format

I can't get the pdf to come up and save.  I have a lot of ads to do this morning, can we rectify asap.

I checked the submissions from the form called "ROYAL LEPAGE LOCATIONS NORTH" and I was able to download them in PDF file format. There was an on going issue about this one; but currently, it is fixed. Please, try it on your side and let us know the results.
