How can I limit the content on my submissions?

I have drop-down bars on my forms to show or hide certain questions.

However, once the form is complete the submission is received, the whole form content is visible.

Is there any way only the filled out sections are shown?

You can indeed hide empty fields in the email notifications.  Here is our guide on how to do so:

This feature will only work with the default notification.
