I did download submission PDF of one of your form and it does not seems to display the preview of uploaded image.

We need to establish the images, really under pressure to issue reports with photos??

I have checked your form and downloaded the PDF file of the submission, unfortunately, the issue is not solved yet.
However, I see my colleague has reported it already, and you will receive news about the progress on this thread soon.
