    Hello,

We are getting ready for 2016 and would like to remove most of the 2015 submissions from our data base.  Is there a way to do a bunch at one time or do I need to go through the submissions one-by-one?  I

    Thank you.  swinkler

If you have submissions in the same order to be deleted, you may use Shift key from your keyboard to select multiple submissions. If you have alternate submissions to be deleted, you may use Ctrl key instead of Shift to select multiple submissions.

Once you have selected the submissions to be deleted you may then click on Delete Selected Submissions in order to delete the submissions from your JotForm. You'll be prompted to enter your password before deleting the submissions for confirmation.

If you are not sure what are the submissions being deleted after selecting, it is recommended to delete the submissions one by one by clicking on delete icon on the right top corner from submissions view.

Please make sure that you are having a backup of your submissions along with any files uploaded before you delete the submissions. The submissions once deleted from your form cannot be retrieved in any way.

    Hope this information helps!

    Hello,

Thank you.  I deleted Events 1-74 and I expected the events to disappear from my Integrated Google Spreadsheet, but the events are still showing.  Do I need to delete the Google Integration and re-integrate?

I backed up my submissions to an Excel spreadsheet.  Is there a better way to backup?  I added the Dropbox Integration but I think that only works for new submissions, right?  What do you mean by "files uploaded?"  Is there more to backup than I think?

    Thank you.

Deleting the submissions from JotForm will not delete the submissions in Google Spreadsheet. The submissions from Google Spreadsheet needs to be deleted manually or you may re-integrate the Google Spreadsheet again on your JotForm.

Backing up your submissions to Excel spreadsheet is also a good choice. The idea of backup is not to lose the data. If you have added the dropbox integration now to your JotForm, the new submissions will only be sent to Dropbox.

I was referring to any files uploaded through your JotForm. I have checked your JotForm and see that there are no file upload fields exists on your form and hence you may ignore about the files uploaded.

    Hope this information helps!
