Downgrading account

    I asked a question last week about downgrading to free level.


    Not had an answer even though it does look like I am now back on free membership.

    I'd just like some confirmation this has been done, so I can be sure I won't be billed each month.

    Ploease can confirmation be sent to me

    The account that is upgraded is DavidMcCann and not DavidMcCann2. It is still on Professional status, but since you requested for it, I went ahead and cancelled the subscription.

    You will no longer get charged for this account. However, it will stay as Professional until the duration you have paid for expires (Feb 11). You should receive a confirmation in your email address david.mccann@m******* Please do check and let us know if you receive it or not.
